Salt & Light Wellness Cancellation Policy.
At Salt & Light Wellness, we understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. In order to honor both your time and ours, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the session fee.
No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full session fee.
After two no-shows, prepayment may be required to book future appointments.
Emergencies & Illness
We understand that emergencies and sudden illness can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if something unexpected arises. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

Please ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation.
